Clarification of Terms

The following is to clarify and agree on the expected behaviour of the client in relation to invoice payment and processing time frames.

Past experience has shown not all customers are good at paying bills on time, so to get this out of the way up front and for the record, there is no implied credit in the service provider/client relationship any credit should be treated as a privilege not a right.

For some customers this may seem redundant as you have processes in place to ensure all outstanding debts are cleared on the due date, unfortunately some people treat service providers as banks and abuse this privilege.

The Invoice is supplied with a time allowed on payment as a courtesy to our customers; this is in order to make your life easier by allowing you to pay for services at regular intervals.

Clients not adhering to our terms will be moved to C.O.D
