The remote support provided by Paladin IT is an efficient, seamless and ultimately time saving tool for a business of any size. Our contract with Padadin IT supports a 3 person site and is at least the equivalent of the IT support provided by my last employer, an international bank with thousands of employees relying upon a global help desk. The support has indeed been better in many respects as Paladin IT have greatly assisted our business to utilize the power of the existing desktop tools we all have but rarely use.
